[W4FHU] SwapFest Workers Update

Hello Hams:

We had a very good gathering of club members at Jack's last night for
our final organizational meeting for this weekend's Swap Fest!  I
appreciate everyone's involvement.  Here is the list of those who have
agreed to help with set-up and other items:

 

Friday Table and Chairs Set-up at 12:00 / Load-in, etc. 

Ray, Richard, Joe Thad and Ron

 

VE Testing Team Saturday at 11:00

Joe, Mike, Richard (still need a backup person)

 

We are still in need of club members to monitor the door to the gym and
greet our visitors or help direct them to tables.  Right now I have Joe
at 7:30 and Sue at 9:00.

 

Joe and Sue are picking up snacks and drinks; Barry is getting the
sausage and biscuits Saturday morning for the club members to enjoy; Joe
Newton is bringing donuts for the club; Sue is bringing her 40 cup
coffee pot; Ron is bringing the cups, sweetener, creamer, napkins, etc.

 

Mike is bringing a 2-meter rig and power supply.  Richard is bringing a
J-Pole w/coax

 

Did I leave anyone off? 

If you couldn't make the meeting, but plan to attend and assist, please
drop me a line and let me know when you plan to be available.

 

Thanks for all the help and I look forward to seeing everyone there this
weekend.
