I would like to address this to all members of the Radio Club. Why is there such a lack of interest in this Radio Club? I know that almost every organization operates on the 20/80 rule, where 20% of the people do 80% of the work. This causes those willing to work to "Burn Out" then those who are just there, have lost everything.

I went to Kevin Roeder's class and passed my Technition Test. I then studied hard at home and drove to Alamo and passed my General Test. I was hoping to join the club and find someone willing to be my Elmer as I will have book smarts but will totally lack any common sense about radio's. I hate to constantly be bothering Kevin with my questions.

Earlier the CCRC web page stated that the meeting would resume in April, Now they say that they will be cancelled indefinitly. For the "New" people who are interested this shuts us down. Any club needs new members to keep it going.

What can we (I) do to energize every member get this going again?
