So what's going on with the club

  • For 2012 The club will be meeting on Mondays and once a quarter. Check the calendar for more information
  • November Program will be "Working Amateur Satellite's" Presented by Rick Tillman WA4UVM. 
  • October's meeting is our Storm Spotters Advanced  training class.  Click here for more information
  • We will be doing VE testing on Thursday evening on  October 13th.  Click Here for more details
  • The September meeting will feature a 2 meter portable yagi antenna.  Click here for more information
  • We will be doing VE testing on Thursday evening on June 30th.  Click Here for more details
  • June 25th is Field Day.  We also will have a swap-fest and Fox Hunt..  Click here for details
  • Kevin will be starting a Technician class on March 24th    Click Here for more information
  • We will have VE testing for ALL class's of license on April 15th   Click Here for more information
  • Our March 17th meeting will be the makeup meeting to build the 2 meter J-Poll antennas.  The club will be offering a kit of parts for $10 that has everything you will need to build a working antenna.
  • Our February meeting is a power point presentation of Grounding and Lightning protection.
  • Our January meeting was canceled because of weather. The J-Poll project will pick up at our March meeting.

  • The December meeting is our Annual Christmas Party. This is a eatin'-meetin' that the whole family is invited to attend.  So come on out and enjoy the companionship of your friends during this holiday season.  This is a Potluck meal where the club is providing the meat. 
  • Our November was a run away success. We passed out 40 Pinecone Christmas Kits.  Check out the pictures, click here!
  • We are trying to see is there is any interest in a Technician class after the first of the year. If you are interested please contact us for more details.
